One rule of real estate is that there are always ups and downs. And the South Jersey market has obeyed that rule for the past year.Single-family home sales increased in 2015 across the board in Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Ocean counties. The smallest increase of the four was in Ocean, at 16.7 percent and Cape May County’s median price went down 3.1 percent, to $307,250.
